Karen Burg is responsible for Operations at Zea, including Accounting, Human Resources, Training, and Project Management. Karen came to Zea with 20+ years of operations, project management, and leadership experience. Before joining Zea, Karen ran her own wellness company and previously worked at several well-known financial institutions, including State Street Bank, Wellington Management, and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.
She successfully developed and executed her management roles, including automating, streamlining, and reporting high-risk operational areas. In addition, she managed large cross-functional divisions and was successful in creating superior functional teams and efficiencies.
Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bentley University and a master’s degree in nutrition from Lesley University.
