Jim Holbrook is an experienced business-builder across a wide array of industries, and he truly appreciates the incredible potential of Zea as it pursues its mission of "growing medicines."
Most recently, Jim was the Chair and CEO of Daymon Worldwide, a Stamford, CT-based corporation that provides sales brokerage, marketing, branding, and market research data analysis services intended to create leading private brands, focused. At Daymon, Jim oversaw the company's turnaround and sale to Bain Capital and subsequent merger with Advantage Solutions, making "the most comprehensive suite of brand-centric and retailer-centric services in the U.S. and internationally."
Before joining Daymon in 2015, he served as the President & CEO of Post Consumer Brands, which comprised Post's cereal business and other company acquisitions in the nutrition products category. He has also held management positions at Zipatoni, Interpublic Group, BeechNut Nutrition, Ralston Purina (now Nestle Purina), and Procter & Gamble. Jim is currently Chairman of the Board of SinnovaTek, a North Carolina-based B Corporation and a leading developer and integrator of advanced food processing equipment and technology. Jim attended Vanderbilt University and Washington University's Olin Business School.
